Short Answer
Absolutely — this is one of the biggest worries for expats, and the answer is yes. Ghislaine offers sessions in English, so you can explain your symptoms, your goal and your feelings properly. You never have to struggle with the language to get the care you need.
Long Answer

You Can Be Understood in English

For many expats in France, the hardest part of getting complementary care is the language. Trying to describe stress, sleep problems or pain in a language you're still learning adds stress on top of the very stress you want to solve. Ghislaine consciously offers sessions in English precisely so that English-speakers can be fully understood — no simplified gestures, no guessing, no frustration.

What Happens in a Session in English

The whole session — the questions, the explanation of the method, the guided breathing and visualisation — is conducted in English. Ghislaine can also use a few French terms with translations where useful (for example mutuelle, meaning supplementary health insurance), so you gradually decode the French system while feeling at ease. You explain your goal in English, and she adapts the work to it.

How Ghislaine Can Help

Book your session and simply mention that you'd like it in English. Ghislaine practises at Centre Équilibre, 29 Quai Claude Bernard, 38000 Grenoble, and welcomes international patients, expats and English-speaking locals. This removes the language barrier that often makes newcomers delay getting help.
In summary
  • Sessions fully available in English.
